The outdoor spaces are really the major attraction of the property, which enjoys a perfect south-west exposure and boasts magnificent terraced gardens, flowers, fountains, a boules pitch, and a superb secure swimming pool with pool house and views of the surrounding countryside.
The living areas inside the property are magnificently spacious, light and extremely comfortable. The covered terrace with its dining room and summer lounge is the perfect place to welcome guests for long, delicious aperitifs or dinners. A Sonos system adds to the warm ambience of the property.
A family suite with en suite bathroom is located on the ground floor. Three bedrooms with two bathrooms are on the first floor. Perfectly imagined, detached from the main Mas, a guest house a few metres away houses two en suite bedrooms with bathrooms.
