300 sqm, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms / baths, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, all on a plot of 10,000 sqm ! Inside, you will appreciate the comfort of each room, each with a special atmosphere to live throughout your stay, several experiments. The pool house, pool 13 x 6 meter, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, various terraces, barbecue area and landscaped housed in the image of a tavern will delight young and old !

For your comfort the whole house is air conditioned.

The main house is composed as follows

THE SOURCES

Nice villa tastefully renovated offers a 250 sqm area is built on a raised and flowered and fenced park of 3000 sqm.

Sources can accommodate 11 guests. The outdoor areas offer various relaxation areas including a beautiful summer kitchen fitted and covered ideal for family meals, all with a nice view of the Alpilles ! Heated pool 8 × 4, secured by flap. For your comfort the whole house is air conditioned.

Saint-Rémy-de-Provence is a small picturesque and peaceful village, surrounded by superb landscapes of the Alpilles. You will find all activities such as horse riding, tennis, golf (Domaine de Manville in Les Baux de Provence, Golfe de Servannes in Mouriès), air sports, organized trails, mountain biking trails. The local market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings and the numerous wine and olive-growing estates will allow you to discover gastronomy and regional products.

The summer evenings are enlivened by numerous festivals & events (Les Antiques de Glanum in St Rémy de Provence, Theater in Avignon, Opera in Aix en Provence, Piano à la Roque d’Anthéron, Rencontres de la Photo à Arles… ).

July & August: 13,200 euros

June, September and school holidays: 10,400 euros

Other months: 6,400 euros

The pools are heated to 25 ° minimum from June 1 to the end of September

The rental includes: sheets and towels, pool towels, pool and garden maintenance, end of stay cleaning.

Intermediate weekly cleaning of 3 hours with change of sheets and towels.

Deposit for booking: 30% of the rental amount

Balance: 1 month before arrival

Security deposit: 5000 euros
