Set on an unclosed hectare of land bordered by green oaks, this property ensures absolute privacy and total tranquility, perfect for family vacations, gatherings with friends, or a peaceful retreat. The villa is located in the heart of the Luberon Regional Nature Park, near Gordes, Ménerbes, and Bonnieux.

The TGV train stations and Marseille Provence airport are accessible in less than an hour. From the house, hiking trails and cycling paths allow you to fully enjoy the surrounding nature. Built with traditional materials — local stone, exposed beams, old tiles — the house combines the authenticity of a Provençal farmhouse with contemporary comfort. It features underfloor heating and cooling on the ground floor and air conditioning upstairs. The interiors offer 350 sqm of light-filled space.
