A short and pleasant 5-minute walk brings you to the nearby village of Maubec, with direct access to hiking trails and municipal sports fields (tennis, soccer, basketball).

The famous hilltop villages of Gordes, Ménerbes, Roussillon, and Bonnieux are all within a 15-minute drive. Maubec is also perfectly situated for exploring the Alpilles and the historical cities of Avignon and Orange. Those who prefer to laze around the house will be charmed by the song of the cicadas, the allure of the patio, and the stone-enclosed courtyard housing a lovely swimming pool.

The house boasts large comfortable spaces on the first floor, and 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the second floor. Although the farmhouse is semi-detached, there is no noise pollution either from the neighbors or the small road leading to the village.
