Mas Olivade is a stunning luxury holiday villa in Provence, nestled within a 200-hectare private estate near Aix-en-Provence. Ideal for up to 18 guests, this fully restored authentic Provençal farmhouse features 8 air-conditioned bedrooms, a heated swimming pool, a helipad, pétanque court, and high-end amenities. This Provence vacation rentals is surrounded by 200 hectares of parkland, and a garden designed by a renowned English architect, let yourself be tempted by a stroll through Cézanne’s famous countryside, or soak up the sunshine by the pool. This stone residence, restored in collaboration with a Belgian decorator, offers 600 sqm of living space for 18 guests in a refined setting of generous volume and absolute comfort.

This luxury Provencal property is divided into two buildings arranged around an inner courtyard with shaded areas. The eight bedrooms and kitchen are air-conditioned, but nights are generally cool and do not require air conditioning. The manager lives in a separate part of the buildings.

The main house comprises an entrance hall, a large living room with open fire and access to the terrace, a dining room also with open fire, a large kitchen with barbecue, cold room, dining area, two washbasins, laundry room. Upstairs, a master suite with parquet floor, study, large dressing room, private bathroom with bath and shower, and three double bedrooms, each with private bathroom. All toilets are private and separate.

The guest house has its own living room, flat-screen TV, and upstairs three double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, and a children’s bedroom with 4 single beds and en suite bathroom. Two plasma-screen TVs, DVD player, stereo system and wi-fi connection are available.

Several terraces surround the mas and are equipped with garden furniture.

There’s also a 15 x 6 m outdoor swimming pool (heated on request at extra cost), secured by electric roller shutters, a pétanque court and two horse stalls for horse lovers, a ping-pong table and a helipad.

For your comfort, all rooms and the lounge are air-conditioned.
