A two-hectare property dedicated to your holidays, Moulin de Diane is located near the village of Fontvieille. Stores, restaurants and businesses are just a five-minute walk away.

Fontvieille lies at the foot of the Alpilles mountains, famous for Daudet’s mill, and very close to the historic and cultural city of Arles. The other Roman cities of Nîmes, Avignon, Orange and Aix-en-Provence are all within an hour’s drive.

You enter the property along a field of olive trees on the left, with the private tennis court on the right. The gardens are in bloom, and beautifully maintained throughout the year.

A large swimming pool, as if set in rock, surrounded by sun loungers, offers a warm welcome; nearby, there’s a summer kitchen with bar and a pool house with shower and toilet.

The buildings have been completely renovated, from an olive oil mill with its annexes to a wonderful, noble family home that can accommodate 16 adults in the greatest comfort.

Authenticity has been preserved, and the soul of the family home is perceptible both inside and out. This place is a delight for young and old alike. A tennis court, boules pitch, table soccer, billiards table and board games will delight children.

The ground floor of the Moulin is majestic and impressive, with its surface area and stone vaults. It houses a large, fully-equipped kitchen and a scullery. The huge living room is comfortable and luminous, decorated with paintings, sculptures and a piano. At the far end, a bar/games room/music room adds a festive atmosphere to the building.

On the second floor, there are five bedrooms of different sizes and moods, and five en-suite bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned.

With a separate entrance, detached from the Moulin, is a charming guest house, perfect for teenagers or young adults, because of its ambiance and privacy.

This annex house features a living room with kitchenette and seating, as well as three bedrooms with two bathrooms.

A janitor, always attentive to guests’ requests, lives on the property in a separate house.
