This charming, 160 sqm traditional Provençal farmhouse welcomes you with an authentic atmosphere that blends old stone walls with a relaxed way of life. Its thick stone walls keep the house cool in summer and retain the heat in winter.

The living areas on the ground floor are fully air-conditioned

• A beautiful living room with an antique fireplace is the perfect place to relax.
• The kitchen, which opens onto the dining room and is equipped with a fridge, an oven and a hob, creates a warm and welcoming dining area.
• A laundry room completes the set, equipped with a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a microwave.
• A shower room with a toilet

The farmhouse has three bedrooms upstairs:

• A bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm bed, a TV and air conditioning has its own en-suite shower room with a toilet.
• Adjoining room with a small 90 cm bed, ideal for a child or as a home office.
• Two air-conditioned bedrooms with 180 x 200 cm beds (or 2 x 90 cm beds), each opening onto a covered terrace. These two bedrooms can be accessed via the external staircase or from inside the farmhouse.

In front of the farmhouse lies a large Provençal garden, perfect for strolling and al fresco dining. At the rear, there is a private car park.

The 10×5 m swimming pool awaits you for sunny dips.
