A massive living room, including a dining area and two quaint lounges, has been designed for optimal brightness, with new, sophisticated, and comfortable furniture that seamlessly integrates with the magnificent outdoors.

All rooms are air-conditioned and all furnishings are brand new.

The grounds are vast and fully fenced, the gardens beautifully flowered, and the 12 x 5 meter swimming pool secured with an alarm. The private pool house, shielded from the Mistral wind, features a large barbecue and a dining table that can accommodate 12 people.

The village of Eygalières, with its restaurants and shops, is just a 10-minute walk away—a significant perk for this splendid villa! A small separate house on the property is inhabited by the housekeeper, who is as charming as she is dedicated and discreet.
