La Magnanerie is a vast 4-hectare holiday property close to the magnificent village of Ménerbes, which has just been completely renovated to guarantee your dream vacation in the Luberon.

The village, with its shops, cafés and restaurants, is three kilometres from the house, and the villages of Gordes, Roussillon, Bonnieux and Goult are all within a 10-kilometre radius. The historic towns of Avignon, Aix en Provence, Arles, Orange and Nimes are all less than an hour’s drive away.

Cycling through this picturesque landscape of hills, vineyards and olive groves is wonderful.

The large family home has over 600 sqm of living space, 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, and can accommodate 20 people in great comfort.

The layout of the bedrooms, skilfully served by three different staircases, allows for harmonious and private circulation in such a large residence. Central air conditioning has been installed in all the rooms, all the furniture is new, and the bedding and linen are of excellent quality.

The very large, fully renovated kitchen and dining room can accommodate guests when the weather does not permit eating outside on the house’s two beautiful terraces.

The property is a delight for young and old, with plenty of space for several generations to get together or for couples of friends. Hammam, table tennis, petanque court and a superb hotel complex with a Spa are all within walking distance of the property.

A huge 15 x 8 metre swimming pool overlooks the bastide and offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding vineyards. The esplanade with sun loungers is very comfortable.
