Ideally located just 1 km from the city center, Villa Lucas in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence welcomes you to enjoy 300 sqm of living space, comprising 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fitted kitchens, and 2 living rooms, all set within a 10,000 sqm plot!

Inside, you’ll appreciate the unique atmosphere of each room, offering diverse experiences throughout your stay in Provence. The pool house, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, various terraces, and a BBQ area designed like a cozy tavern will delight everyone. For your comfort, the main house and the outbuilding are fully air-conditioned. The pool is heated to a minimum of 26° from June 1 to the end of September.

The main house is arranged as follows:

• A fitted kitchen open to a large living & dining room leading to the terrace with bay windows
• Cellar
• A bedroom with a 160 cm bed
• A bedroom with a 180 cm bed, double dressing room, with access to the garden via bay windows
• A bathroom
• Hammam, Sauna, Jacuzzi, and showers

The upstairs comprises a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed, dressing room, and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

The outbuilding is composed of:

• A kitchen
• A bedroom with either a 180 cm bed or 2 x 90 cm beds
• A bedroom with a 160 cm bed
• A shower room and separate toilet.
